Dusting Divas, LLC is a professional full-service residential cleaning company that has served the Bartlesville and Owasso, Oklahoma area for over 15 years. We Dusting Divas, LLC haved cleaned over 4500 homes, one-at-a-time and many of our clients have been with our company since the year we opened. We are one of the very few professional residential cleaning companies in Bartlesville, OK. At Dusting Divas, we understand the need for reliable, quality cleaning services. We provide the screening of employees, training, and scheduling of visits.

The employee screening process involves a phone interview, and a two step personal interview, work reference check, and criminal background check. We will be including a drug screen in the hiring process in the Fall of 2010.

Barbara Wall is our Quality Manager. Barb is responsible for the majority of the training and quality checks in the home. You will also receive surveys via email and Barb also conducts phone surveys. All your responses are reviewed and are presented in our monthly staff meetings.
