We've had customers who have had us back to clean their carpets every few months because they think we do such a good job, not because they weren't satisfied the first time. Homes with pets and small children usually require more frequent cleanings.
We've also had several customers who have used multiple companies, including the national carpet cleaning chains, and they choose us over those other companies. Admittedly, we have three service divisions (residential cleaning, carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning), but the difference is our devotion to education and customer service. As I told one of our customers when they asked why we can clean their carpet so much better than a nationally known company with a truck mounted machine, "We really care whether or not we get the carpet as clean as possible. Other companies typically send technicians who have no invested interest in the company."
