I wanted to send you a quick note about the coffee table at our house today. We did not have the table top secured to the table. I am really sorry that the table top tipped and broke. Please know that we are not upset at all, we are not looking for any sort of replacement, we take responsibility for it - but most importantly, we are really pleased with how the situation was handled. I imagine it is, perhaps, the least fun thing to have to do - to call a client and let them know something has broken - and I was impressed with the honesty, professionalism and integrity with which the whole situation was handled.
