My name is Martha Lindley-Woodward and I am the owner of Dusting Divas.  I started my professional career in something entirely different than cleaning.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and later return to college to earn my MBA.  Most of my professional life was spent either working as a Physical Therapist or supervising Rehab Therapy departments in hospitals and private practice settings.

As many busy working women have found, I needed help keeping up with the house cleaning.  I hired many individuals over time and had one great experience with a franchise housecleaning service.  After moving to SE Kansas, I tried hiring individuals to clean, but went through the same process over and over.  I would find someone to clean, trust them in my home, and then they became less and less reliable.  I dearly missed my professional service I had used in Ohio.

As my employer became more and more systemized, I yearned to start my own business.  I decided to start my own professional housecleaning business because there was a real need in the Bartlesville area.  I see cleaning houses and making people's lives easier as an extension of my healthcare background.  I love serving others and enriching their lives.  This business allows me and my employees to do just that!

I take any career seriously.  I have put in over 1000 hours researching and learning about the housecleaning business.  I'm extremely active in the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI).  I am currently serving on the ARCSI Board of Directors.  My involvement in this association has provided priceless information regarding customer service standards, staff training and culture, and cleaning techniques.

One service we are particularly proud of is our partnership with Cleaning for a Reason.  We provide free cleanings to women who are currently undergoing cancer treatment.  For more information, go to www.cleaningforareason.org.
